The Charlottetown Driving Park was the place to be this afternoon! With a ''balmy'' 15 degrees it was a nice November day. We were out to see my sister-in-law and her husband, Shelley and Jody Hennessey, race one of the horses that they have part ownership in. Jody ran a great race, bringing ''Charlie’s Image'' (the number seven horse) home from behind in the last quarter for a close, sweet win with a time of 2:02. Congratulations guys!
Jody has been driving for many years, and this win logs over 2,030+ wins since his first race at a young age of thirteen! Figure out how times around the track that would be? Way to go Jody!
